Registration is Friday night, from 4:30-8:00 PM. Anyone that needs to register on Saturday due to hardship (traveling here from out of state) must be at registration NO LATER THAN TWO (2) HOURS before your first game. These requirements are necessary to keep the tournament games running on time.

ALL REGISTRATION IS AT HELDER PARK.

PLAYER PASSCARDS MUST BE LAMINATED, WITH A HOLE PUNCHED THROUGH THE CARD. Helpful hint - remove any player passcards that are not playing in the tournament from the ring that they are hopefully on - this will make registration must faster.

GUEST PLAYERS: A “guest player” is any player not listed on your league-issued roster. ALL guest players need the same paperwork that roster players need – player passcard, medical release, insurance waiver (if applicable to team.) PLUS – the Guest Player Permit, which must be processed through the state website. We can not do this onsite.

Teams do not have to be present at registration – just one team representative with all of the paperwork.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Tournament roster - completed and signed (available from our website)
  • League-issued roster (just for check-in, we will not keep)
  • Medical Releases for ALL PLAYERS (if MSYSA, MUST be notarized) (roster and guest players) – just for check-in, we will not keep and do not need copies
  • Player passcards for ALL PLAYERS (guest and roster) - MUST BE LAMINATED
  • Risk Management certification for all coaches - just for check-in, we will not keep and do not need copies
  • Insurance waivers for all players if your club/team is AYSO, US Club, or other non-USYSA association – WE WILL KEEP THESE
  • Guest player forms for each player on tournament roster that is not listed on league-issued roster - MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH YOUR ONLINE SYSTEM. WE CAN NOT PROCESS THESE ONSITE.
  • Out-Of-State travel permit (for non-Michigan teams)
